Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this year's Offshore Achievement Awards will be streamed virtually across a number of platforms on Friday 14th August 2020 from 6pm.
The Offshore Achievement Awards recognise excellence in performance in the offshore energy sector and we are delighted to be in the running for two awards this year.
Matej Svoboda from our data science team has made the finals in the Young Professional category and OPEX Group has been shortlisted for the Great Company (SME) award.
Matej has been instrumental in helping to attract, mentor and inspire new data scientists into the oil and gas industry and this set him apart with the judges.
Viewport3 and ITC Hydraulics have also been shortlisted for the Great Company (SME) award.
Rachel Riley will return as the host for the evening, taking part in a live Q&A as well as presenting the award winners across ten categories, including the new ‘Energy Transition for Future Generations’ award. Special guest, NASA Astronaut, Bill McArthur will also attend.
