To help our customers address this regulatory and environmental challenge we have developed a new Oil In Water tool which can be a plug-in to our emissions.AI solution or used as a standalone tool. This new software tool identifies and tracks the key contributors to high oil in water and provides a continuous health check of an asset’s produced water system.
The pre-built, configurable tool builds on previous data science services that we have carried out with customers to identify the key contributors to high levels of oil in water. Fully automated calculation and reporting engines allow asset teams to identify a range of issues such as sub optimal hydrocyclone performance, separator arrival temperatures, residence times and their effect on oil in water levels.
